Construction dust does not vacuum out in one pass — it settles into every window track, vent, hinge and light fixture, and it keeps reappearing for days if the first clean is rushed. We handle post-construction and post-renovation cleaning end to end: debris out, fine dust off every surface top down, stickers and labels off the glass and appliances, paint flecks off the hardware, and the whole space detailed until it is ready to hand over.

We look at the site, agree what is in the clean, and quote it before we start.

Debris and packaging out, heavy build-up removed, surfaces dusted top down.
Detail
Glass, tracks, hinges, hardware, fixtures, cabinets and appliances by hand.
Final Walk
We walk it with you and re-do anything that is not right before we leave.
